dont do it alone, dont get hit
use lots of food and brandy and have some pixies and muons ready if u get into trouble
oh and if u are a human char. migrate your mind stats to the MAX.. so u can spam unarmed3 without it effecting your mind bar

1) Get good doctor buffs(2000+ for 3 hours).
2) Get Dancer and Musician buffs.
3) Wear 70% or higher kinetic resist armor and bring at least one spare set(especially if using Ubese)
4) Use you most damaging vk's and have a bunch of +min/+max damage power ups
5) Bring +400 Brandy and Canapes for normal combat.
6) Have Muon and Pixie for emergencies.
7) Optional foods you may want to take just in caseare Anti-Knockdown food, Protein Wafers, Synthsteak, Swirls, and Won wons.
As for the fight itself. Powerboost, take two brandies, then /follow the Krayt(they like to back up
). Keep the Krayt intimidated at all times. If you use *any* specials, use Unarmed Combo 1. It does more damage over time to health than body hit 1 and has a low ham cost. When your brandies run out out, pop a third brandy and a canape. Keep using a canape when it runs out until you can take another brandy again. This keeps your secondaries at the same high level at all times.
Beyond that? There isn't much else to it really. Just expect to spend a long amount of time fighting. For a Giant Canyon krayt it will take you between 1 and 2 hours to defeat. Don't even think about trying to defeat an Ancient Solo. Your buffs won't last long enough.

What u have an AT ST doing back up dmg will this reduce the time much. Also will it make it possible to solo the Anchient Krayt's.

if you can pick up swordsman, and run up the Mind hit tree... use a great PH and hit some bleeds, and then use some TKA Head hit.... powerboost before hand

EXACLTY! Imps can solo Krayts easily, all u need to have really is AT-St

Actually i doubt its easy unless u are like a rifleman or something and just let your at st tank for u while u blast away. plus i dont know about now but my at st used to get ripped apart by krayts.

Yup AT-ST's still get ripped to shreds... and if your melee-ing it, especiall with a
power hammer, all your at-st will do is hit for some extra dmg because you will be out dmging it

No at st's can't attack mob's. well they sorta can if the mob attacks them first tthey will decfend themself. so if u have your at st follow u in to attack the krayt and the krayt uses its area attack the at st will start attacking the krayt.

Shoot, alone-- good luck. More than liklely a group will come along and outdamage you and steal the loot.
A TKM or two (or a fencer) can hold aggro while riflemen blast away and docs run around and heal.
Solo, should you be lucky enough to actually get one 51% down yourself, you would need some hefty armor, serious buffs, and plenty of good food.
Some high-damage VKs will also be in order.
You will proably want to target a single pool for the sake of effieciency. SOmetimes UAH3 will whomp on the health pool 80% of the time or so. Sometimes it will jump around and you end up taking out the H and A bars alost equal.
I'd suggest hitting the head, as most creature MOBs seem to be weakest there.

In addition to everyone else's comments, you might want to take some anti-knockdown food, as the larger krayts like to KD+Dizzy. If you aren't tanking it, chances are it's killing someone.
The brawler special "taunt" seems like it was born for flighty MOBs like kryats. It'll keep him on you and no one else, until he lets the area attack go. Taunt and Intimidate will be your best friends while the Riflemen and Heavy Swordsmen dish out the damage.
