I just started playing again with my TKM (I quitted in january), but it seams everything has changed. Before the best style was unarmored, unweaponed and spam Hit3.

Now I get smacked up like a child on christmas day.

I hope anyone of you would be nice and share some tactics. What I want to dois single missions and datooine to make some cash, meaning go in kill the lair and take swoop out of there.

Should I use armor?
Should I use weapon?
Should I use specials?
Should I use any items buffs?
Should I use heals? (I am master medic, what heals should I use?)

I always make sure to get a doctors buff before going out!

Get some good kinetic ubese armor, get buffed, and drink some good brandy. You would probably do fine without using vk's, but missions go by faster using them. Just my opinion.

Just some things, first of all. When I do missions I attack only the lair, should I still use pool attack or do bersek2 and VKs?

Like has been said, get some cheap high kin resist Ubese, or grab some 80%kin comp, get good buffs, some brandy and canape, and you can spam uh3 all day even using your vk's to run through the mobs faster.

always, always, always be Powerboosted. Its what makes teras kasi unique, and it can actually mean the difference between an incap or victory. Powerboost is to us as center of being is to Fencers. Well, ok, maybe not THAT important, but yes, its important. Do NOT spam unarmed hit 3 - this will surely kill you faster then you kill them, a case which has been proven with every newbie teras kasi I have fought. (Except for one..he has something like a 265 max damage VK, and if he KD/Dizzy's you, then spams unarmed hit 3, its trouble. However, even this can be thwarted...anyway, He's the only one I know with such a high damage VK, and its unlikely you will encounter someone with this.) Make sure you are mind buffed on vasarian brandy/moun gold, etc. Synthsteak and a PSG is also extremely useful in PvP. Oh yeah..teras kasi can apply all states - use them. Its like crippling an opponent...if you can stick intimidate, blind, stun, maybe even get in a dizzy and KD, your opponent will be one messed up hombre. As for VKs...my advice is to lay off, unless they have high resists on armour/your in an urgent situation/the match is nearly finished, and you need to kill the person quickly, with ease. Seriously tho, dont use these things too much, they can kill you just as easily as the other guy is.
