Hey people
Its beena while since I last played, so I am still getting use to the CU. I have two questions which I hope you can help me with.I am MBH nad hope to get TKM. I am combat lvl 73.
1. What is the best way to grind TKA, I re-speced my character and got MBH and used my experience to knock my TKA up. I am now about 1.5mil exp off TKM but how the hell do I grind. BH missions work, but they like give me 2900xp a time so it would take ages. I went to the squill cave no luck there as they are all level 24 or something and give me 1xp each. I have now gone combatent to kill storm troopers see if that will up my xp. Any thoughts?
2. Is there a way to auto attack with normal attack? I know you can ctrl + left click to auto a special but is this possible with just default attack.

Welcome to the CU. The Dev's love ranged at the moment. They also love groups. No more solo grinding. It's some attempt at stopping the solo afk grinder I guess.
Go to the MO or get a group of CL80 friends and take missions. Kill 80+ mobs. Bols and Pitkets seem to be the FOTM.
Problem with the groups are, the CL80 snobs forgot what it was like to need xp other than for FS XP.

Some people will be nice though. I was in a group last night in MOP, leader was grrrrspanky (sorry, I don't remember the amount of r's). In that group it was me (cl 43 at the time I think), a level 49, a 23, and a 1. So they were nice enough to help people that were re-grinding and just starting out. The thing is, we were just as effective as any other group. There have been times where jedi groups have been nice enough to let me join as well. Just go into MOP and ask for a group, sometimes you get lucky and get picked up right away.

Just so you know, it is possible to get xp solo, it just takes longer. I solo almost exclusively (not counting pets), and since the CU I've mastered TK (although I started around TK 0212 when the CU went live), Swordsman, CH, and picked up three FS boxes with fairly casual play (maybe 15-20 hours a week, most of that on the weekends). I dislike grinding for grinding's sake, though, and I'm never in that much of a rush to get to Master, so that may not fit your playstyle.
Missions are a continuous source of mobs of the appropriate CL (although some areas have min or max caps on mission CL). If at all possible, stick to unarmed attacks while grinding TK, since if you switch weapons the xp reward is split between the different weapon types you used. I'd sometimes find a circuit of player cities with mission terminals around 1500 to 2k meters apart, and just go from one to the next to pick up missions. This tends to go faster than "get mission, go kill it, return to start" since there's less traveling without a mission in your datapad.
As for #2, there really isn't a "normal attack" anymore. The closest thing to it is "melee hit", the basic melee attack. It's action usage is minimal, and with the bonuses from improving accuracy, CL, and unarmed damage it is still a viable attack even at TKM (especially when you're trying to conserve your action pool).

Cheers for your help guys. I dropped TKA though, I am now MBH,CM4000, and working towards Mcarbineer. I am taking on 8k reb missions which I complete easy and get 4k+ xp for each kill, compared to 2k+ of unarmed which i used to get + nearly dieing. I also get the added bonus that I can heal myself for 800+ dam.
Only thing I really miss at the mo about TKA is the wound healing.
