What you thing about a Tk/Mpowers temp? Im thinking Defence + a ton of offence

Well powers is rubbish for offence right? and if youre a paddy your TKM innate armour wont stack with paddy armour.........so.......



Perhaps you'd be better off with MLS/Mdef

actually TIA armor will stay used until the jedi armor becomes higher then it, then the jedi IA will take over

yeah, defense and offense both seem pretty good. I think you're main weaknesses will be the low force pool and regen for the powers specials, and the lack of armorbreak to complement the melee skills.

Im tkm / m.powers / 4000 healer.. and its damn fun


It has very nice defence, and the offence is good, i usually start with an AB, then leg sweep, then choke, then alternate melee hit / melee strike, or sometimes combo if they're still kd'd

  • Area kd (32m radius)

  • Area intimidate (32m radius)

  • choke (really nice damage against non jedi, really nice damage against jedi after you use breach to take off their FA/FS)

  • Breach if it works well you can quickly swing a fight, a couple times its removed their aura, infusion, FS, FA in 1 go.

  • Lightning (looks awsome and it does nice damage, i dont use it that much tbh.. but its nice as a fairly good damage attack with 32m range)

  • single kd

  • AB

  • a lot of defence for a jedi (unless they're m.def, but even then your defence is still pretty good

  • decent heals

  • 3.6k force (takes a little geting used to, you cant use just spam force attacks, you have to use tkm as yourmain offence, but throw in a kd and choke, and your damage can be extremly high.

  • no channel force (once your force is spent, it takes a while to regen it back, which can be annoying, but I very rarely get to 0 force. After getting used to it i dont find my force to be a problem anymore

So basically the only real weakness is that you have a force bar, and when tahts gone you lose half your skills.


But i do find itcan be veryeffective, and very, very fun

For 10 seconds you are the most powerful profession in the game.


Choke, breach, KD, lightning, combo, lightning, combo.


Then the choke breaks, your action starts running low, and you stand there looking like an idiot as they womp on you with a lightsaber.


It'sno "I win" button but it's a lot of fun and a hell of a surprise. You'll need channel force which means you can have:

TKM/master powers/enhancer 0002/novice healer.

depends on your play style really... you wont be great in 1 on 1 dueling situations, since your damage is pretty poor, but you would be quite effective in group pvp -running around rooting, snaring, healing and putting stasis on people. And you'd be impossible to kite

I am a Trandoshan master tka, i was thinking of this template simular to what i've seen here, it is more well rounded though then what i've seen here however. It is : master tka, brawler 4/0/4/0, combat prowress 4/0/4/4, enhanced reflexes 4/0/4/4, Hightend senses 0/0/0/2,force healer 4/0/0/0, force enhancer 0/0/0/2, force powers 4/4/0/4.


*strong melee/ranged Def.


*Improved COB


*6k inate TKA armor(better then average even for a full tempalte jediunless you compare to a master defender/enhancer 0/4/0/0)


*1400 heals + improved force infusion


*area intidate (32 m)


*area Stun


*area KD (cone effect)


*single target adv KD


*single target dizzy


*armor break


*improved forceweaken(jedi version of armor break , not sure nbut might stack with armor break from tka, the jedi version reduces armor by 65%


*single target improved force lightning (32m)


*area effect improved force lightning (32m)


*force channel (for endless force energy)


*meditiate


*powerboost


*improved COB



I could go on andon what i can get but basicly it should prove very powerful, and the channel should allow me to maintain use of force skills , also the trandoshan regeneration skill to recover more health/action faster+ a power boost will only prove to aid force channel. This insures i don't end up loseing half my template like some one stated . i dare say with this i just might be more powerfulk then a full template jedi at least.

its true, it does work. ive fought one jedi with this kidn of template, and his tkm isnt wat got me, it was his mpowers that down sided me so badly, that he made tk look better than it did pre cu.
