hello my macro is typed exactly like this
/ui action toolbarPane02;
/pause .5;
/ui action toolbarSlot11;
/pause .3;
/ui action toolbarSlot10;
/pause .3;
/ui action toolbarSlot09;
/ui action toobarPane00;
everytime I click the macro icon on my tool bar in pane 00 it performes the actions of slot 11, 10, & 09 in my first tool bar. Why won't it go my third toolbar (02), eat my foods, then return to my first tool bar? What am I doing Wrong?
any answers are appreciated

i suggest not using macros, especially not in combat, they do more harm then good.

When someone gave you that macro they had pause times of 1 for a reason. Are you using this in combat?

no, I'm not using in combat. This is going to be something I do before I go do a big POI or quest. Beefing myself up Before I go in and get dirty..Not during.
No..it is not a \hack either. it is for eating 2 foods and 1 drink with a push of a button.
It's not an exploit. I just want to free up slots on my combat toolbar (00) so I can add in more combat moves, and move my foods/drink to my third tool bar (02). My second tool bar is dedicated for my Doc so I don't want to mess anything up on that tool bar.
I did have the full1 second pause in there to start with and it didn't work, so i tried messing around with some capitals and stuff then i got it to work, but only if my macro button was on the same toolbar as the drinks/foods were...kinda defeats my whole purpose of having a macro to do this then?
If you look at the macro, should it work the way it is set up? or do you see a flaw in any typing or colons, semi-colons, slashes..should I add anything take anything out..modify it at all?

Did you try to copy-paste each line to see if they work on their own?
If thats the case: Increase the pause.

I have just tried your macro and it works fine for me. (I did a simple copy and paste from your post)
Only the last line is missing an "l". Its toolbar not toobar.
But besides that it works fine.

If you have lag problems the pause time might be your issue and why other people could use it. If you are not using it in combat, just increase the pause times.
