There's not much to say. We were#1 from launch to nge. From old school tka/riflemen who were untouchable, to new, more thought out tka templates that were able to solo necrosis, or defeat full temp jedis with pre-cu pearls.

From what I understand we are able to keep our old titles. Please do so and wear it proudly. I unfortunately unlocked and only have the novice brawler box left to surrender. I can not grind my alt up and just wear the tag falsely either. My main has fought those epic battles with necrosis and came out on top. He has defeated jedis who are renown, with 117 -9 being their worst crystal. He has stood alone against all odds and thrived. I regret not having the title to carry over with me.

No other profession can say this. No other profession has nearly as much potential when given just a weapon and a stack of stimpacks. No other profession will EVER be as great as TK.

If we are able to keep our titles, please wear yours proudly until the day you're done with the game. Please have the time to /salute your brethren with a TK tag in the future should you run across them. Jedi Elder? PIF, give me my TKM title back. Good bye my teras kasi brethren, I salute you all. Respect.

My brothers, my sisters... do not despair. The order of Teras Kasi has been through hardships in the past, and we have prevailed - this is simply another challenge put before us to be dealt with. Are we not those best suited to taking the weight of the world upon our shoulders? When the Jedi began to grow in political strength, we took it upon ourselves to band together and keep them under a watchful eye... a duty that I have undertaken with pride since the day of my mastery. Regardless of the roles that our changing lives press us into, we will retain those things that made us artists of the Steel Hands discipline. I will never forget the pride I felt when I was finally deemed worthy of taking my place on the Teras Kasi council, nor the dedication to my training every step of the way.

If they forbid us from practicing our martial art, so be it... we will still retain the discipline and the knowledge within ourselves. If the Empire outlaws public meditation, I will meditate in my own home. If they require us to go down different paths, we will bring to those paths the same qualities that we brought with us into the Teras Kasi order. Think of this not as a sundering, but as an opportunity for us to bring the principles of our art to the galaxies as a whole.

The Teras Kasi will have to go underground... pretend to be something other than what they truly are... many will join the ranks of the smuggler (so far the new profession with the most TK'ishness to it). There they can mingle their time honored teras kasi combat methods with the tricks of the smuggler trade. Perhaps they can step out once again in the future and show who they truly are... but for now it seems, the time to hide in the shadows is upon them.

I was a def stacking TKM preCU and stuck with it during the CU. When I got tired and left the way of the fist It took no more than a week to bring me back. I shall have memoried of soloing the ancient krayt pre CU and then stomping on old necro.

I've only been a TKM since Jan '05, so the title I use is Teras Kasi Monk, sometimes mystic, sometimes warrior, depending on my mood. The toon is master TK, but I still don't feel like *I* am a master TK.

Going to miss the profession as well as the TKA forums. This forum has always been helpful.

By the way. Center of being and meditateare going to be jedi skills. I was on TC and saw that, didn't know whether to laugh or cry.

There is no 'icon' for what I was before, but it was me.
