Ya just wanted to know the stats on what happens when a tka (or tkm like me:smileywink acctually dones anything. From all the pvp/pve players on my surver say that its just usefull for fencer and not any other prof. any insite would be greatly appretiated thanks

There was an instance in which I fought a force sensitive NPC. I was actually doing well avoiding blows and everything until I turned on COB. After that every swing the NPC made connected until I turned it off and went back to dodging effectively.

I really don't know what's up with it.

I had a very different experience than you did. I almost always use COB while fighting, and I get the usual status messages, "You block/dodge/counterattack" I can't see how you turning ON COB made you get hit more, I recall that there was once a link that stated a 11% reduction in the amount of times you got hit if you were using COB, vs. not using COB. I'll go dig and see if I can find it.
