I just got unarmed 4 and i wondering where a good place to grind is to get novice TKA.

ua4 to novice is the most boring leap 
your pretty slow pretty bad damage and weak, get a friend to tank and bare with hurtons or quenkers up to novice and after that the fun begins. if you dont have a tank friend still try quenkers and huurtons but try taking them one or two at the time (you would want some buffs and armor), intim, stun, blind and berserk or just hit with whatever makes most dmg fastest.

i found doing razor cats, dire cats and bagerasts on Coriella done the job 1.8k per mission
quick and easy spam beserk, like the previous post this is the hardest grind after that its
plain sailing head to Dant and get pikets, quenkers and huurtons
