From the time of Beta and carried into Live, the founders of the Teräs Käsi Order established themselves and this guild as respected icons in a new galaxy. Icons whose dedication to the vision and principles they developed influenced players, guilds, and even the profession they became synonymous with.

Just as it is with any guild, so it has been with TKO. Interest and participation both wax and wane with the tides of players real life experiences, frustrations with gaming platforms and, "Flavors of the month". During these cycles original members become legends, long time members become icons, and those who are active with a just as active sense of responsibility, become leaders. I have fallen into the latter category.

You may identify me as K'tulu, but you will get to know me as an optimist, and the appointed Grandmaster of the Teräs Käsi Order.
I treat my responsibilities seriously, my commitments solemnly, my friends sincerely, and my enemies respectfully. I hold those who are able to speak eloquently in an educated manner on the most heated of topics in high regard and try see those who can not with compassion. My standing at the helm of the Teräs Käsi Order will be a great challenge for me, my Officers and our members.

I take into my hands the Teräs Käsi Order like an egg. Handling her with a delicate touch, knowing full well that what lies inside has the potential to be a profound future.

I take into my hands the Teräs Käsi Order like a torch. I will hold her high for all to see, so that we may be a light and inspiration for others to follow.

Today I present to you the direction I intend to lead the Teräs Käsi Order. Above all things, my Officers and I will emphasize that each member focus on the principles established by our founders, in all matters; Hearts of Goodwill and Hands of Steel. The inherent meaning of Hearts of Goodwill is that we strive to be guides and support for not just each other, but for any people we encounter in the player community. Hands of Steel means that we strive not only for excellence in profession, but so much so that we may be a source for others to learn from. The scope of our two founding principles stretches as far as the galaxy itself and in all arenas; From fair trade to honorable combat we are called to be the image of what our principles spell out.

The Teräs Käsi Order will too return to the goals laid out by our founders, with clear emphasis on the first three while we learn how the recent patches and upcoming Combat Rebalance will affect us.

1. To encourage and create a gaming atmosphere based on the principles of Loyalty, Honor, Unselfishness, Sincerity and Politeness.

2. Test and report accurate information of the Teräs Käsi profession on the TKO and SWG forums. Advocate game-balancing and inspire changes for the Teräs Käsi profession. Become the finest, most reliable and knowledgeable Teräs Käsi Artists in the Galaxies.

3. To encourage the continued development of our cross profession, cross faction community of players into the finest guild in Star Wars Galaxies.

4. To police and monitor the activities of force users in the Bria Galaxy.

Our role in the Galactic Civil War will be one of neutrality. Our mission is greater than the bickering of governments, and the loss of blood and life over floating rocks is an abomination. Our members will still be members of any faction they so wish and they may take part in the GCW from time to time to further their efforts on gathering information on Force Users.

We will be more active in our community. We will be found helping younger players by taking them out and teaching them how to hunt, survive, make a living. We will be sponsoring frequent events for Role-players and warriors alike across the Bria Galaxy. We will be working closely with our neighbors to stop the proliferation of Krayt Dragons in Mos Elsewhere.

We will be working diligently to secure relations with guilds across the Galaxy, that we may work together to provide content and company for any players who seek it.
