I wanting to got TKA all the way to master i am a novice now and have plenty-o-cash so tell me which should i prefer speed or power?

I would say speed at lower levels, and damage once you get to xx4x. At that point you'll be (or very close to being) speed capped with any VK worth using.

speed gets good at 0/0/4/0. then focus on power.

No doubt,I fully agree. I have a speed sliced set, 1.9 180-190. I don't remember the exact stats, I haven't used 'em in ages. Those numbers are close though.

Talk to a weaponsmith and see if he has any Nym enhanced vk's that got a nice speed slice. You get the best of both worlds.

Once you hit xx4x you're maxed on speed, so go for speed until near that rank.

Go for high damage, low HAM therafter.

Check here for a DPS Calculator with and without VKs.
