i do believe so...but im not sure how high you can stack them...number always confuse me

They work, if I take off the armor that has the mod there is a noticable difference in speed, damage, and/or accuracy. Don't know how high they can be stacked though.

This thread was about Damage tapes, & I can promise you they donot work. Take my word for it,I have seen the post in which Ryutek was told they do not work. All the function is there however the tapes are not taken in to account.
There also is deffinatly no differnce in speed, as a TKM you are beyond the speed cap thus you cannot hit any faster with tapes.
