Hire people to walk around the city as stormtroopers.Like if someone keeps bothering someone they can go to the stormtrooper and tell him to go kill that guy so he can stop.If the guy keeps it up they can shoot him if he goes in the city.Soe you don't have to hire people from the streets just get them from the game like find good pvp people.pay them credits and stuff.I sure would do it.if you have a commit please post it here please no flames.

Player cities will have militias that will basically do this. Would be a /duel in anyother city, and doubtful they annoyer would accept.

The mayor should be able to give the annoyer a tef so the player militia can kill them.
