im curious ive been a tkm for i dono about 4-5 month and was woundering about the new Migration Mod thats coming out they say if someone is hitting u for 10-100 damage they will only hit u for 10-60 damage.......And with are unarmedtoughness at 54=54% damage reduced also win we recvie damage

So do these stack on top of each other im im right we would only take 4.3-32.2 damage right?

why would our toughness not work with mitigation?

will bounty hunters still be able do get the damage from their weapons? or will CoB still work? or any of the other various skills and abilities?
