is anyone else having a problem PBing? I get the message, "you cannot channel your energies...." If so let me know what you did to remedy it

This is a stupid question but are you meditating?

yeah, I can heal wounds and do all other TKA stuff (FoW etc), but after this last patch, I just can't do it.

Sometimes you can get bugged where the game thinks you're in a PB state, but you're really not. It happened to me once or twice, and relogging fixed it. I haven't had this happen for quite some time though.
