It's been there four months too long. Is it all of the expert skills?

You have to get the 4th skill in one of the branches first. If you get Meditate IV, you can get the Teras Kasi Artist title, if you get Precision Striking IV, you can get the Teras Kasi Warrior title, if you get Power Techniques IV, you can get the Teras Kasi Monk title and I can't remember what you get for Balance Conditioning.
