i know the speed limit of the galaxy is 1 attack per second, right?

so then what speed of VK is 1 when you get master TKA?

I suppose anywhere around 2 and even specials are maxed out at 1, right? I don't know how the formulas work and stuff, but I'd like to know, if someone could figure it out for me. I'm shopping around for a VK to carry me to master, just wondering what speed to look for

I belive 10 to speed = .1 off your attack speed, and i also think once your normal attacksare at a1sec delay it still decreases the delay of your specials, someone correct me if im wronge.

that would mean that 2.2 speed is the limit, for a TKM's VK.
