I am now master Pistoleer, Master TKM and Rogue Smuggler. I have beenusing this combo here but I always seem to mess it up. In PVP I have a hot button for follow, I always use /follow when I am PVPing I hit the the follow then start off with low blow followed up by panic shot, the one quick last ditch,I unequip my pistol then dizzy and unarmedcombo3. When it works its usually game over for my opponent. This only works for me about 10% of the time, Is there a better way to pull this off and get my opponnent Dizzy, KD'd? I have a macro for low blow panic, looks like this

/lowblow;

/panicshot;

/lastditch

Now if I could just somehow make a macro that would incorparate the whole combo I'd be all set

something like

/lowblow;

/panicshot;

/lastditch;

/unequip ???;

/unarmeddizzy;

/unarmedcombo3

Of Course my opponent would have to be within range when the unarmeddizzy hit, but thats why I use autofollow. Any ideas?

I dunno, I wouldn't macro all of this stuff. Otherwise you're stuck in a sequence and can't adjust if something goes bad. If your stuff doesn't stick, say, or you miss, you're stuck going through the rest of the sequence, even though your opponent is free and clear to do whatever.

If you have a weapon (your pistol) placed in your toolbar, you can use /ui action toolbarSlotxx (where xx is 1 less than the "counting" number of the slot (00 = first slot, 11=12th slot etc) that will unequip.

So:

/lowblow;

/panicshot;

/lastditch;

/ui toolbarSlot00; (if it is in the 1st slot)

/unarmeddizzy;

/unarmedcombo3;

Also, don't forget to put pauses in there - be sure to get the timing more or less right or you'll wind up waiting too long and trying to unarmed dizzy with a pistol in hand or you'll try to last-ditch without a pistol.

I used to use a macro that was /lowblow;/panic but I wouldn't want all of those in que like that.... Better to make sure your lowblow sticks before dropping your blaster eh?

I use a macro very similar to this but also add a /follow to it. This was I don't have to use the mouse to follow my target. After the low blow drops them i can be up on the target and dizzy the target. Try putting the macros on seperate keys to prevent the low blow from not sticking. /follow; /lowblow;/panicshot;/lastditch; then you should be up on the target. If your /lowbow doesn't stick try the other macro button /kd;/dizzy;/unarmedhit3; or /dizzy;/unarmedhit3 if /lowblow does stick.

There is also some debate on whether to use Panic shot first, then low blow, since hittinga PC with that combo has a different affect than hitting a NPC and you'll have your dizzy queued only two moves back instead of three, thus increasing the chance to stick the dizzy while they are still on the ground. Either way, you have to put a pause in there before switching out your weapons.

Throw in pauses between your special and your unequip.

/lowblow;

/panicshot;

/ui action toolbarSlotXX (your unequip);

/dizzy;

Well, if you were to do this as written 9 outt 10times you're going to unequip your blaster before you get your specials to even fire. Am I right? Have you been seeing the "Cannot be completed due to..." message?
When you unequip something, it's an action which overrides things like specials....so, no shot.

Try this e.g.:

/lowblow;

/panicshot;

/pause 2;

/ui action toolbarSlotXX;

/dizzy;

The pause will enable you to get the shots off. Play with the time to get it to where you want it, keeping in mind that you'll never cycle a special or any other attack faster then 1.0 seconds.

I used that as my PvP template for awhile too. Here's what I found:

Any non-two combat classer (just a TK, or just a rifleman) you'll pretty much own em. If they've mixed Combats profs (Fencer/Pistoleer) or even Master Brawler/TK - you might have some problems. Why? To be honest I'm not quite sure, I can only explain my findings.

First off, I read combat spam...ALOT! I read almost every fight I'm in. What I've noticed is people with two combat classes, tend to not get hit with Panic Shot's delay. So there's one wasted move. Last Ditch, though powerful, eats your HAM, and is slow. In fact, look at your combat spam and some math... Last Ditch does about 2X the damage of stopping shot, eats up 2X more of your HAM than stopping shot, and has about 2X the delay...why wast the skill points for Last Ditch, when you can just use 2 stopping shots for the same result.

Also, and here's where things get kind of abstract. TK has no ranged mirror class. Like Fencer/Pistoleer, or Carbine/Heavy Swordsman...so besides the obvious advantages these combos have, (stacking dodge/block/or counter attack) there is a more subtle but just as important advantage they have...your stance.

During combat, hold a pistol, now hold a one handed weapon, your toon's stance is the same. During combat, hold a rifle, now hold a pike, your toon's stance is the same.

Switch between unarmed fighting and a pistol, your stance changes...Believe me or not, it's your call I don't care, but that stance change is the ONLY thing I can find that could be causing problems effectively switching from unarmed to a weapon. It seems to delay you a bit, and I've also noticed a trend where I'm not as accurate and I don't hit as hard for a few moments following a stance change.

As a TKM/Pistoleer/Smuggler I almost never beat someone using a combination of pistol and unarmed. I either shot you to death or beat you with my hands, rarely a combo of the two (again unless you're a noob and just overmatched, fair fights are a different story.)

So personally, I'm not sure if TK mixes with any ranged combat prof well at all. I think TK pvp'ers are probably better off getting master brawler for a better intimidate, lunge, and warcry. I'd only take pistoleer for the defense to state mods (+40 againt KD comes to mind) and not take it to "boost" my offense.
