Today is Wednesday and I am at work, anyways I heard the patch was suppose to be realesed Wed morning, Any changes in TKA?

I just finished reading the complete patch notes on the loading screen and there was not one mention of TK anywhere. There was also no mention of defense stacking being taken away. I am really confused, anyone know if they stealth patched it?
