Thread: Has Powerboost been nerfed?!?!

plz tell me it isnt so! i ran into anchor (yes, im imp) and my powerboost ran out. so i burstran outta there and waited till the powerboost had worn off. I tried to powerboost again and it said i could not...it gave me the message u get when u powerboost while powerboosting...forget what it said. anyways, i was also on muon....so plz tell me this is a bug. if there is a time on powerboost like w/ the force of will how long is it? any help would b appreciated.

Yep got exact same problem here. Good news is that I asked a fellow TKM standing next to me and he said he doesn't have it though...so it looks like a bug. Downside is, who knows when it'll get fixed.

Same here. I've been getting this for hours now. I just logged to wait a few minutes and see if it corrects... and to see what people here were saying about it.

yea i got buffed by a doc and a musician then headed out to lord nyaxs place and power boosted. while i was fighting i saw that my HAM wasnt going down. and when my boost ended i couldnt boost again. well since i couldnt tell how much health i had i figured "hey i got good buffs i cant be that bad!" then i died while fighting lord nyax. so i was ou 10k in total buffs and decay on my armor bc of it. oh well what you going to do? just hope they fix it soon.

Powerboost bug should've been fixed MONTHs ago. Seems like the DEVs somehow managed to bring it back.
I couldn't use /powerboost for 2 weeks back then... so be prepared to live (and die) without it.

its an old bug only way i found to fix it is to clone. then it works fine

Powerboost hasn't given me any problems. was overt for a few hours yesterday on coronet and I powerboosted frequently when it ran out.

i was just powerboosting last night so, i believe u were just glitched, next time u get on it should be able to work.... i've never used muon while powerboosting tho that could be it but i dunno for sure

No problems here. I was in anchorhead pvp'ing and when it ran out on me, i ran off. When it subsided, I re-powerboosted without a problem. It lasted the standard 10 minutes.

I had no problems with PB last night at all. There are always glitchs tho after a new update. Try again today and see what happens. Try cloning too. Sometimes this kind of glitch will clear up if you clone at least that has worked for me before.

Yes, it does appear to be a bug which occasionally rears its ugly head, although not too frequently by the sound of things. Please do ensure you /bug the problem in-game, and if you continue to have problems, consider adding it to the Top 5 issues thread.
If you can determine the exact circumstances that it occurs so that it is easily replicable, that would be fantastic, as it makes life much easier for the devs.
