.....the dungeon from where the schematic and material come from isn't live yet....

True but Deathwatch and Black Sun mobs have been wandering around endor and for reasons i cant understand, yavin. We've already got some BH armor helms and a few of the new pistols in live on Bloodfin, and none of em were ill-gotten.

Seems the RK schematic will come from an NPC within the dungeon, not as a loot drop, much like the DXR6b schematic in the Genosian dungeon.

It was a very common loot drop when I was in Death Watch the first time. Since the resist/armor increases, it hasn't been nearly as likely to be looted. The loot tables were turned WAY down since that time. The RK schematic is a rare loot from inside the Bunker. The NS vibro motors are a rare loot from a current ongoing once per restart NPC named Axkva Min. These motors have two uses. the most obvious is in the RK, but the old use is in the Nightsister Energy Lance. While the Razor Knuckler needs only a single NS vibro motor, the NSEL needs two IDENTICAL of those same motors.
The ironic part is that both of the professions that need this item can NOT hurt the only nightsister who drops them.
Good luck finding the Schematic and the NS vibro motors.

I've looted dozens of DXR6b schems in the geonosian dungeon.

My buddy and I looted the Executioner's Hack Schematic the first day we found out NPCs from the BH Dungeon were spawning at 0,0

...yes but as has been pointed out, the NPC's are live...
For example I have a Deathwach DE-10 crafted that allows me to do over 600 damage a second in PvP. I'd like to make a knuckler that does the same.

Even worse, Axva Min has not dropped any motors on our server (Gorath) that I have heard of since she lost her force powers
