I mean do you even try to move when fighting???? This slightist incline brings me to a crawl...Ya Ya i know....avoid inclines. But seriously, it's has to make movement tough.

Start the fight above the incline, so you can run down to close with an enemy. Use of vehicles. Travel Biscuits in a pinch.

Why are you moving around while fighting?
That's a serious question. I just run up to whoever it is that I'm fighting and plug away. Is there something to be gained by moving?

Also, a lot of NPCs will flee when they're almost dead. And as for players, who is going to stand and let you just beat them when they can run a distance, stop, and shoot you while they wait for you to catch up?

Ya, my problem is when mods are near death....they turn and walk/run away. The big new thing is they warp 25- 75 meters away. Some slowly come back, some don't . Moot matter now, for in a fit of harrie carrie like rage, i surrendered all my Scout skills and cursed them gone for good.

I wait until they are about 1/8th life then do a knockdown then unarmed hit 2. That usually ends the fight nicely w/o any running.

put them on /follow that way when they start to move, before it even looks like they are moving on your screen (because of lag) your character is already following them. it solves 99% of npc warping out of range problems.
