If anyone is interested, here's my take on the combination, and some advice at the end. I've found it to be an extremely effective template for group play, and can be very useful in PvP also (16 wins vs 2 losses since CU)

Master TK / Master CM

Pro's
-With CoB I can tank 5-7 mobs of equal level and 3-5 that are 2 levels higher.
-I can use CM Bacta Spray as an Area Taunt as well as to heal my group.
-Inate armor does not decay, and it equates to 6000 battle suit armor. (ie, 48% damage reduction)
-Powerboost...500 health for 10 mins. Very useful (oh, and it's not broken, you just need to pause between sitting/meditating/boosting)
-I get to fight in my boxer shorts, or any choice of clothes I like.
-Wounds? No problem...gotta love meditation.
-CM debuffs (-40% to attack speed and movement speed, lowered state resists)
-CM Poison/fire (almost 2 mins 30 secs of damage while I'm doing other stuff to hurt the mob), and it's stackable....hehe. More effective in PvP due to lower HAM.
-Armor break abilty.
-4 ways to heal myself (bacta shot, bacta spray, bacta toss, stims)...you ain't taking me down!
-Rez'ing


Con's
-It's hard to kill anything since I do so little damage using TK attacks, so solo'ing is out of the question.
-CM Infect does nothing that I can see, although there is mention that it temporarily reduces the targets max health.
-TK weapons are useless, (except for the Katarn Knucklers) as you do less damage when wielding them.
-CoB does not work sometimes (not a bug, but it's a pain when tanking multiple mobs)
-CM Debuffs for action/mind regen are useless in PVE (though quite effective in PVP sometimes)
-Taunt is pretty week and the timer is far too long for it. It should be an area taunt with better effectiveness.
-Action costs for TK moves are very excessive. 4-5 moves and I'm too tired??
-Rez takes too long
-can't heal incapped players

My advice....Don't aim to kill anything...debuff, knockdown & armorbreak anything that comes near you. Try to keep the mobs agro'ed on you, with the ranged guys and Swordsmen doing the damage. Keep your group alive and away from the mobs.
