Does TKM lose the innate teras kasi armor when he uses a weapon other then H2H types (knucklers)?

the only thing that will negate innate armor is armor.

i'm master pikeman/master teras kasi and i havent worn ANY armor since the CU went live

I was wondering the same thing. It looks like when I draw a pistol the red (health) bar goes down faster than without the weapon. I agree with the previous post. This is what the documentation says only armor has effectbut I have my doubts if that is the real way how it works.

the reason for that is the fact that when u change from unarmed to ranged that u will lose the 75 unarmed defense that u acquire at TKM, and therefore will take more damage,

But... arethe personal shieldconsidered an armor??
