1-1.5k apiece is really low. go to the mining outpost on dant and get in a group. the whole group will go kill things and the beasties will go down fast and if they are level 80 you will get 5k XP apiece. goes very fast

I'm CL 9 and I have absolutely no idea what to fight. I went to the Mining outpost but there was hardly anyone there.
Missions give like 1k exp and take like 15 minutes each..

The experience you recieve is dictated by what level you are, not what enemy you are facing.

The fact that your level becomes the same as the highest level in your group only counts towards damage percentages and exp calculations based upon your difference in level.

Usually a level 35 would do vitually no damage to a level 80

when group with a level 80 however, his modifier becomes that of a level 80, so he can hit level 80s with no penaltys.

when group he hits that level 80 like he would hit a 35 when solo.

Same goes for exp. level 80s might get 5k per kill, but a level 30 for example only gets 2500 per kill on an even level enemy.

so if he groups with some level 80s and kills level 80s he would still only get 2500 exp.

Unless of course your recommending he groups with other low levels and takes on level 80s, he wont be getting 5k per kill.

the main benefit of grouping is your getting the same exp for less work since theres more of you.

I'm CL 21 and was hunting in a group on Dant a few nights ago. We were killing anything between level 78-82 and the most I was getting was 1800 apiece. I still made about 175,000 XP in less than 2 hours

Every level difference between you and the creature is a 10% difference in XP. So if you are level 80 and you fight a level 79 you will end up with 10% less xp than a level 80 would have given you.

If you are a level 80 going up against a level 80 you will get full xp, of 5k or so. If you go up against a level 81, 10% more.
