Talk to the wookie on the left as you enter the Ryatt Trails. He'll send you on various quests to kill things on all but level 3 of the trail. At the same time make sure you talk to the trail master or whatever his name is on the right side as you enter the trails so you can use the trail guides to port from level to level quicker once you've walked each one.

whats the toughest thing you have to fight down there

Katarn. You'll need a group. He states you a lot and regens fairly quickly.

Also, the spiders on the fourth level (Web Weaver Path), have quite a bit of health and can take a while to kill if TK is your only combat prof and you're fighting solo. You have to get past them to get to the feral wookies you're required to kill as well as to reach the fifth level.

Complete the first few missions then go looking for a group. The mobs you kill for the first few stages are pretty easy.

Also, Jedi seem to enjoy using the feral wookies as an XP feeding ground so you might be able to group with one or two or three or four to take care of that part of the quest.

Hmm what level is katarn and the wookies?

yes lvl87 does some nasty area attacks, dizzy blind stun etc, we took him down 1 jedi, 1 mtka.pikes and mtr pistols smuggler

The wooks are level 79. When I did them last Sunday I was there alone with 1 Jedi, but after15 minutes, I was in a full group of Jedi. Needless to say, it didn't take very long to reach my quota. I tanked most of them and the Jedi went to town on them.

I too found the spiders tough to get past, but I'd recommend you just keep running. After awhile they will stop chasing you. The goal on that level is the feral Wook camp anyway, don't mess around with any of the wooks on the branches with the spiders.

I'd also highly recommend taking the trail master quest at the same time (started with the Wook in the house on the right as you enter the trail). Once you've found his friends that get you access to progressively lower levels of the trail, you can go to him and use "secret" routes directly to the lower levels. Basically, once you complete his steps you get to go straight to the lower parts of the trail without having to navigate the whole thing.

I'm on what I think is the last task before Katarn himself, who I've heard is level 87, but I haven't seen that for myself yet.
