Hey,

I recently spent last weekend grinding to get to unarmed 4 so i could become a commando.But lately I've been reading that medidtating heals wounds,poison,disease,bleeding...etc.etc..
So I have been thinking of dabbling in the medidtation part of TKA. Is this really worth it? I get burned a lot being a commando othercommandos tend to set me on fire and give me lots of wounds. If this does give good wound healed then how long would it take to heal say 200 wounds?
It's also cool to sit like in the medidtating stance. Any info would be nice.

anyways ya makes sense since you have to get unarmed, and meditation is a good line. 3 things

1) it will be hard, and probably the hardest exping you have done thus far to get meditation line by itself and novis box of TK. it can be done, just will be hard Good luck.

2) 200 wounds give or take, id say at master meditation off the top of my head around 40 seconds

3) is it worth it? yes probably is.
