I always got 3000 in Scout for the terrain negotiation, but is it actually worth it. Because I am wanting to try a template with TKM/Swords/and some Doc.
Thanks

I also always had at least 3XXX in scout for the TN, but recently dropped it. I was really worried about it at first, but with speeders it isn't really much of a problem. It can be irritating if you have to walk up a steep hill to get a piket or something, but 90% of the time I have not missed it.

Walk diagonaly up a hill
I doubt you get up it any faster, but it makes you look less like an old man

I get up the hill faster when I walk up it diagonally.

I'm pretty sure the diagonal trick does work. The terrain engine appears to look at the terrain right in front of you, so if you go at a diagonal then it is less steep. I use this both on foot and with vehicles. Makes trips on Dath a bit quicker

Agreed. Cool part about TIA is that you can play around with clothing mods. I wear two +16 terrain neg items. Even though it currently caps at +25 (rumored to be removed soon based on what a guildie told me about Fan Fest), it is well worth freeing up the SP.

So is it a BE or a tailor that would sell clothing with the mods on it?
