Thread: Considering a new template...looking for opinions.

Hi there, Currently I am Master Doctor/Teras Kasi Master. I have been TKM for quite some time, and recently picked up doctor for kicks and for the hologrind...Well I am pretty sure I will be stopping my grind as I just do not have the urge to do it. Anyhow, I am looking at doing some different things for my set template. I want to try to be well rounded and am looking at doing one of the following:
TKM/Master Pistoleer/Dirty Fighting IV
TKM/Master Smuggler/Dabble in Pistoleer
TKM/Master Commando
TKM/Flame IV/Dabble in Pistoleer
Or stay TKM/Master Doctor......(good money making combo, and VERY self efficient i have found....although kind of linear in pvp)
I have also thought about other combos such as doing master brawler/master medic, and doing master rifleman with tkm, but I am a trandoshan and I dont think my mind will go too well with rifles. Of course I don't expect to be "uber" or anything like that, I just thought I would see what other templates the TKMs here have. Thanks for any feedback!

Don't forget Master TKA and Master Rifleman. Good for short range, then if they run pull out the rifle and blow their head off...I mean attack the mind pools.

If you want to own, TKM/MRifle . That's the easiest way to own in PvP

confused by TKM/Master Pistoleer/Dirty Fighting IV or TKM/Master Smuggler/Dabble in Pistoleer when you can master pistoleer/smuggler/tka all at once - i would if i was interested in either of the above combinations...

Since TKM, Pistoleer, Dirty Fighting 4 will hit your cap on a few defences, you might not need to go so high. I Agree that this can be the uber template, even after the defence stacking nerf

TKM / Master Pistoleer / Rifle abilities 4 / Dirty fighting 3
This one works well if you do not want to go master riflman. Where as it does not have the def that TKM / Master Rifleman has, it allows you to do a FLurry shot with the rifle to dizzy, and Low Blow with a pistol to KD. Now when someone kites you they still get dizzy KD and you can rush in and beat em up after that.

You can stack defenses all you want, but since there is still a 10% chance any Status Effect hitting you no matter your defenses, I'll take Heal State anyday. As for Carbineer, it's my ranged KD/Dizzy/Stun with some decent speed and accuracy, not to mention a bit of Ranged Mitigation and an alternate Damage type for those 100% Kinetic targets.
