Okie... Not a /whine post... I've been a TKA for over a year now and I'm just voicing my opinion about a couple of things that I wish would be covered under the TKA profession.
Center of Being
WHY... do you have to be completely standing still for this to work?? It completely takes away the TKA's ability to be a fast and smooth fighter on the field.. I dunno how many times I've had a Ranged Profession get away from me 'cause I had to stop... wait... COB THEN take off after him again.
In 99% of all PVP battles, the battle is moving... running after a person... running to help a buddy... cutting off escaping players. You can't stop and wait every time you wanna be able to Use your abilities! When you used COB in the Pre-CU the message would appear: "Your thoughts focus on self-preservation" So... I can't THINK while I'm walking?? I can't focus on defending myself while I'm in the middle of a battle?
WHEN ELSE ARE YOU GOING TO WORRY ABOUT DEFENDING YOURSELF???
Jedi can use Force Aura whenever they want! Sitting down... Running... Standing up.. Center of Being is an absolute MUST for a TKM to be effective in pvp.. So why make it such a pain in the arse to do?? Bring back the old days when you could COB on the fly.. PLEASE!!
Force of Will
Hmmm will the EVER fix this bug?? or are we just gonna gyp a profession out of a skill for months on end?? I guarantee if it was Jedi that just couldn't "force armor" OMG they'd be on that fixing it in a heart beat! With the new delay in deathblow timers... It's the perfect time to be able to Force Of Will and get back in the game! But I'm sorry.. we're not Jedi or Bounty Hunter so our profession just gets over-looked EVERY PATCH. I dunno how many times (Pre-CU) I was able to Force of Will and be able to kill who originally would've killed me. It'sa GREAT "turn the tables" skill that has just been COMPLETELY over-looked. If you're going to rob Our profession of a skill.. then you need to take one skill away from every other profession how's that??
Here's some ideas for Force of Will if they ever decide to fix it:
1. Keep it as it is as an instant "re-capacitate" Skill
2. Make it a temporary Health Buff Say like 1k extra health for a limited time
3. Make it an Avoid Incapacitation skill like Master Defender Jedi
The 2 things are really the only probs I have with TKA right now... I LOVE the profession and have for a long time now.. But Please... Quit over-looking us like we're not important!

Messed up big time. Bring back the days when we could walk all over a Jedi.

Im totally with ya kismet ive been tkm almost two years (in nov) and i love the proffesion but the having to stop running after some1 to let cob charge up is just stupid most of the time i just have to end up taking it in the face and let cob run out and chase them and try to get a sword flurry ! to try getting some defence while being kited.Force of will pre cu was a amazing skill but back then with instant db u had mayb a 50/50 chance of actually getting it off.Now post cu it would work alot better but if they make it like defender skill or enchancer (come back to life) they need to move it to the master box as well as moving Improved Cob there too many dabblers use 0200 tka just for improved cob then master another proffesion.
