Thread: Old TKM returning

Hi y'all i'm an old tkm that hasn't played in a year plus returning to the game. I been reading abou the new templates and had a question. For people that are tkm/Mdoc swords 0040 does the armor break work with any weapon or has to be a 2 hand sword? I'm currently debating TKM/Mdoc swords 0040 tempalte and was curious. Thanks

AB works with all melee weapons (and unarmed).

WB, thats a fairly good template.
Mdoc gives you rezzing and super healing abilites.
And swords is needed for specials.

I have a noob question (I plan to play a TKM/MDoc too):
Why Swords 0040 when you have enough skill points for Swords 0030 + Fencer 0000 that gives you 5 morein ranged defense?

That's true, but there is always a but ![]()
Often you tend to get 4 sp spare on many of the different templates. If you take awayone tier4 box and replace it one elite novice, you will loose the opertunity to put those spare 4 points in the FS skills

my temp is TKM/Mswords/doc 4000. then i wear BE clothing for +16 unarmed damage and it pwns.

I would recommend picking up so Knucklers of kataran that way you can wear clothes with different mods.
the change I would make to the OPs template is go for TKM/M Doc/Swords 0030/Medic 4240... this will give you bacta toss which is a nice heal. at the cost of a few defense mods... not that big of a loss IMO

Some new newbish questions for you:
How would choose your TKM/MDoc buffed suit today?
. first goal is Healing Efficiency with buffed clothes?
. then Melee/Ranged Defense with buffed clothes also?
. Augmentation Efficiency is bugged, Cure Efficiency quite useless, Terrain Negociation unusable since you don't have the skill ... so no more buffed clothes?
. a PSG probably.
. then CA ... accuracy first? then speed? and finally defense right ?
What weapons I better havebetween 2Hsword, PH, KoKatarn, interesting polearms or 1H swords ... I am a bit lost ... well bare hands is always an option
