I'm a MTK, Pikeman 4-4-4-x, and doc 4-x-x-4 and wanted to get the +12 general melee speed from the combat prowess line but had read that if your MTK your speed is already maxed so it would not help. Was wanting to know if this is true or not. Sorry if this has been asked abunch but could not find a answer for it. Thanks for help in advance.

Hmmm, speed doesnt have the cap in the mods. It depends on the weapon you are using.

(OK, OK, it has a cap via mods, +50 via SEAs, +12 via FS and +x via template)

So, examine your weapon and check the modified speed. If it is 1.00 or lower you should be capped.

But don't sue me when its not true

(*note* Adrenalin Buff doesnt change the modified speed)
