ok

im ziri on kauri my current template is TKM doc 4400 and pike 0040 and sword 0030

this is the best tanker template i could think of but now im mr sucks at damage i was goin against a mls jedi last night he couldnt incap me and i couldnt incap him either the duel lasted for about 30min then a bunch of imps came and pwned his ass

so i was wondering if i should drop the 0040 pike for advanced leg hit and drop the oo3o for advanced head hit

rite now my emel defence is at 345

ranged is at 285 wth should i do

Right Now I'm TKM, Master Pikeman, Master Brawler, and 0/4/4/3 swordsman. I figured this would be the best for tanking because of all the defense mods added from x/x/4/x swordsman and TKM, plus the damage from Pikeman.

best tanker would be tkm/mpike/4xxx doc just because u can heal all the dmg u take in a push of a button

i transfered to tkm/msword/4xxx doc and i love it better becuase i get more dmg in with a not even noticable change in defence

with improved COB running...your mDef and rDef really don't matter due to the logarithmic scaling used. (diminshing returns) in your case, i would either go tkm/Mpike/doc4000 or tkm/Mswords/doc4000. either are much better tanks than the template you propose.

Ok if you want to tank a jedi there is no amount of mixing tkm and pikes to help you, you have to outdamage him, you wont be able to always beat a jedi however, go with this template master tkm, master swordsman, master brawler, 0040 medic you will have an amazing tank against many jedi and they will not be able to outdamage you, depending on what their template is, you dont need CoB goin before a duel just take some vegersepine, brandy, and pixie, and youll rock his world, i beat many a jedi with that template and even stood toe to toe with a master for a good while, he out healed me, the thing about the template is your defense will be so high that their sabers cant do enough damage, however most jedi dont have massive defender melee defense so you will be able to tank anything in the game even some of the mid level jedi, took down several knights with this template its a killer tkm template get a good power hammer and some vegersepine and go kick some asses, ahhhhhhh 1500+ damage per hit

are you serious but i think i used it was it the 1 where it was the last respec and if u logged out it would be destroyed or is there another is i can respec again then i wont need 2 grind iover a mil of exp

This is a seperate respec, check out the thread in the Announcements section and it gives all the details. With Publish 19 we all get flagged with one final respec, kind of like a get out of jail free card that we get to use at any time.

Bah, I goofed and I apologize, it's not Publish 19 that we get the token respec, it's Publish 18, I have no idea why I kept thinking 19.

Actually on the respec part with Publish 19 they are giving everyone a token respec that can be used at anytime and if you don't believe me just check out the "Token Respec" in the Announcements forum.
