wondering ifother weapons can get as good as this or if this is the best weapon. andare these good stats for the necrosis?

Well in my opinion the Katarn is better, higher dps and lower sac. Also as things stand right now having a bonus to unarmed damage on a weapon is pointless considering it doesn't do anything because it is a weapon and unarmed damage mods only work while using bare fists.
