Question, if you persue more then one melle path, say Teras Kasi and Pikeman, are the defensive bonuses from each skill tree (excluding things like unnarmed toughness which are weapon specific) like devense vs. knockdown and melle defense cumulative, or do you only get them when using the weapon class native to that skill tree?

I dont think so, when I was lvling brawler skills (i was a TKM b4) i got hit alot harder, so probly not. Even if they did it woudl eventually be to powerful and nerfd or would be bugged

i'm pretty sure defence vs knockdown,melee,range,etc. will work no matter what weapon is in your hand.

Makes sense because in the real worldyou don't suddenlygain selective amnesia, forgetingyour defensive martial arts training, if you pick up a gun or any other implement of destruction.

Butthis isn't the real world. And people, especially game developers, do some strange stuff....alot.
