I think it is obvious, the majority of us TKA are very very very upset about this patch, I mean nerf.

As our correspondant it is your duty to represent the voice of the masses. Please PLEASE do something about this. Your integrity depends on this, as doees your reputation. People are cancelling their accounts because of the crap the devs just handed us. We are unhappy and unwilling to accept this.

We are counting on you, don't let us down. Even if you can't get them to change things, show us that you tried, show us that you did everything in your power to correct things.

Okay this post is just wrong. Period! You cannot put everything on Thunderwulf and then threaten his reputation over it. Grow up and think. He can take our issues to them, but he is not on their payroll and they don't HAVE to do a **edit** thing he asks. Personally, I don't hold him responsible for any of this. He can take our issues to them, but it does not mean they have to do a thing we ask. Sorry, I don't like making post like this, but threatening someone's reputation over the actions of another is childish and stupid.

I did knockdown 2 with my VK's down - some people said i looked like i was stabbing myself in the head

It hurt, a lot.

In fact i looked at the combat screen and this is what it said -

*You do a Charging Wampa on a womp rat for 598 points of damage!

*You lost 710 HAM values!

So explain to me how its fair that i hurt myself more than i hurt the womp rat.....

I am not putting all the responsibility on thunder, I am fully aware that SoE is pretty **edit** ignorant (and this "patch" proved it)

I as him to do what he can.
I asked him to show us that he has.
And if nothing is done, then I won't and I would think that most other people would lose faith in him.

I know he is not paid, I know that he is doind this on his own free will, I am just asking that he do his part of accepting his posision and show us that he is willing to do all that he can.

I believe this is what you said, maybe you should read it through. It distinctly says his integrity is on the line, no? We all hope this get changed and I'm sure Thunderwulf has seen the protest of the masses. But its unfair to say this to him. Thats the only point. I'm not trying to start an argument here, I'm not going to post on this issue again. I hope, just like you, that Thuderwulf does have some influence with the devs.

Hey, im trying. But I can't force them to listen to us. It's obvious thatmy last report didn't do much for us. Might have just pointed out more things for them to nerf actually.

It's hard having any positive progress when you spend all your time fighting back profession nerfs. One step forward, two steps back.

But hey, im sending in another report tomorrow so expect some more "we'll look into it" answers in a few weeks.

That is all I want. Do what you can. We (nmyself included) are not blaming you, and we know that you can not make them change it.

Do what you can, keep us updated. That is all I am asking.

When I cannot see what you are doing, I am ignorant to the fact that you are trying.

Some will lose faith, and some will say those things if we cannot see that you are trying. What I said was not an attack, I have been in leadership positions many times, and if you do not keep the people updated they will lose faith in you, start to damage your reputation, and those that are new will think that you sit around and do nothing. I don't want this to happen to you.

It was not an insult, or a threat, but a warning. I'm sorry if it came off that way, and if I came off as an a-hole just trying to start crap. We must stick together, and hope for the devs to do the right thing. Keep us informed on what they tell you and your job has been done, your reputation save, and the peoples' faith in you intact.

But the last few weeks there hasn't been much to do. The devs told us to hold off on reports until they answer our last one. So I waited. I sent them a few emails for updates of course.

If there is ever any information to report, no matter how small, Ill post it here. If its very important, Ill float the thread to the top of the forum.

That's quite funny, you're calling *him* the moron?

I think he read your post...and what I think you fail to understand is that statements like "Your integrity depends on this, as doees your reputation." make you sound well, less than favourable.

He's a volunteer, his job is to give our feedback to the development team. Anyone reading these boards can plainly see he's been doing that. What do you expect him to do? In the end they do what they feel is right for their game, regardless of correspondents and popular player opinion.

I'm sure that in the next round of feedback he'll have a concise, clearly spelled out list of all of our concerns with what has just transpired. Anything further than that is pretty unreasonable to expect. I know you're upset, we all are, but I think the whole melodramatic "integrity and reputation" routine is actually pretty insulting.

I have to agree with the original poster here. Thunderwulf accepted the responsibility to voice our opinions and I for one hold him to that task. There is one dominate and prevailing opinion here, that the TKA profession was destroyed yesterday and that it must be fixed before we can go on to other "fixes". We as a group must stand fast and we as a group must stick together. And, we as a group cannot allow ourselfs to help defuse this situation.

Knockdown was our bread and butter. This was our profession defining skill. This 'was' what got us in groups, and allowed us to solo. This 'was' our only chance to win in PvP, though always a small chance, a chance neverless. TKA was broke 'before' this patch and is now broke beyond repair.

Many great ideas have been brought forward in this forum....all were ignored. Severe problems exist with this profession and its relationship to the game as a whole. All these problems, which have been discussed here in length, should have been addressed by the dev team 'before' this patch. All these concerns still need to be fixed. However, if we as a group, re-address these concerns BEFORE we make them fix what they broke, then WE are telling them that what they did was ok, because we will keep playing the game no matter what they do.

Thunderwulf, you should be telling us to hold our other concerns until the devs first fix what they broke. Tell them we cannot accept this. We will not accept this. And until they fix this, we will offer no more in the way of suggestions nor will we further beta their game. We as a group must not capitulate in this!
