Hi everyone,

I have collected several decent VKs over the past month, mostly because on sunrunner the weaponsmiths retire on a constant basis. However now i have 4 main ones and not certain which would be the best under certain situations. Note I am a TKM (human).

Here they are: (all have been sliced) H/A/M

1. Dam: 36/136; Spd 3.0; Ham: 24/36/24

2.Dam: 32/154; Spd 2.5; Ham: 61/50/34

3. Dam: 30/131; Spd 1.7; Ham: 59/49/33

4. Dam: 35/157; Spd 2.1; Ham: 38/54/38

Ok so as a TKM which would be better in the following situations:

Scenerio 1: High lvl mob, so I need to string together many specials (high special use scenerio)

Scenerio 2: Max dps without and specials needed.

Scenerio 3: Max Damage in shortest amount of time ( specials without incaping myself)

PS am I correct in my this statement: At TKM without VKs I hit at a spd of 1.0...therefore whenever I wear VKs > 1.0 the Vks will slow me down. Is this correct?

Will answer your questions on how I would use the VK's, I am also Human TKA.

Scenario 1 - low ham cost Vk's or doctors buffs plus mind buffs( or spice for mind buff).

Scenario 2 - Highest damage VK's, not sure of how much difference speed will make but under 2.1 to 2.5speed will you probably be maxed on the speed.

Scenario 3 - same as scenario 1.

Personally now I only use the VK's if the target is armoured or has heavy kenetic resists, otherwise just causes too much ham usage and incap myself quicker.

With the speed, not sure how excatly it works but your speed mod will lower the speed of the VK's. But even at Novice TKA with 2.1 speed VK's I was hitting nearly every second (which is the speed cap I think)

Best way to work out the VK's speed is watch the combat window with time stamps, the animations seem off, but the timestamps will tell you how often you are actually hitting.
