Teras Kasi Archive

Heya! I am planning on beggining my path towards becoming a Teras Kasi Arist tonight, and there is still one issue getting at me. I am a Twi'lek, with no skill points invested towards what I am hoping to become (TKA/Doctor). Seeing as Twi'lek stats are not exactly the best for TKA's, and that I havn't put alot of work into the path I hope to travel, would it be worth transfering my cash/items to my new charecter in order to be a human or zabrak, be better off stat wise? I am getting sick of Twi'lek sorta, so any advice on wether it makes that much of a difference or not would be appreciated.
