Thread: Just rea the other post by the person who got killed by a tkm
In any case, he's a whiny lil you know what. I myself am a Master Sharpshooter and Marksman, and I've kited TKM's who were fully buffed (while I wasn't) and I pretty much owned them; yet as soon as they gotwithin 25m, I was a GONER!! (GOD I love burst run).I personally LOVE being a Sharpshooter but I respect all of you who are TKA's simply because it takes guts to run up close and deal damage...whereas I myself am a wimp who likes to shoot from as far away as possible. Hehe.
Ya'll shouldn't bother replying to such posts, mostly noobs who don't know what they are doing.
In any case, now for my first holo I have to go TKM, go figure, the one prof I didn't want I got it. Not that I'm complaining since it's a kick arse prof. and it's better than being a doc/artisan type of prof.
I'd appreciate it if ya'll could give me some hints since I will be keeping my sharpshooter, as to how I could quickly gain xp in this prof. I will be reading the posts, but there are just way too many of them and I'm too lazy. Hehe.
Anyways, see you all out there.

There's a bleed tactic that I think goes something like this.
1. Start the bleed.
2. Run away and wait/mask scent/feign death, whatever.
3. After a while, go back and check your bleeds, if they've worn off, reapply.
4. When it's just about dead, go in UA and kill it - all the Bleed damage will convert to UA damage and you'll get full xp.
There's also another secret:
Kill kaadu's and spineflaps on Naboo. Kaadu = 800-1k xp per kill, spineflaps 1k-1.3k or so. And when you get higher in brawler, go after bolle bols. 1.5-2k xp per kill or so. You can use the bleed tactic above for these or use your marksman talents to clear the nest, then kill the nest with UA attacks (2-3k per nest).
Yeah, but bleeding to death is so...boring! I've tried it; I've sat there and watched my mark, bleeding slowly to near death, then come running up and killed him.
[noob question]Does shooting with a bleed shot multiple tmes increae bleed rate?[/noob question]

Nope, the way bleeds work are the Largest one sticks. So if you hit the bleed shot and do 300 damage first up... and then hit it again and do 500 damage, the 500 damage bleed will stick and the bleed timer starts again from the beginning. Also if you have a low level bleed and a high level bleed you can stack them ![]()
I get to start my path to TKM tonight Finally! And I can't wait
.. I've been planning this for months.. hehe!
I started Unarmed trying to do the bleed thing and it got way too boring.
Do this:
Get a set of speed sliced VK's, 1.8 or lower if you can, and use them even though you don't have the certification. The speed will more than make up for the loss in damage. Throughout unarmed you'll want to use berserk, as that will balance out the damage reduction from your VK's.
I started out on durnis, paralopes and guburs for the first two levels, then went to stuff that conned yellow until I made it to whatever box of unarmed gives you the first spin attack. After that I actually went back to the lower level creatures and got them to mob me by beating on their lairs. Then I'd use the spin attack to take them all out. This will get you quick xp, and make you feel like a badass because you just took on a whole lair at once. I think this is actually sort of important becuase unarmed, espescially the climb from IV to Novice TK, really is pretty frustrating.
Once you reach TK Novice and get your VK cert and damage increase, you'll realize that it was worth it.
Well, thank you kindly gentlemen. You've been, as always, great help.
Sincerely,
Garry Owen
