Consider this scenario please.

A Master Rifleman - Ranger hunts mobs (PvE, not PvP)

His group mate is a Master Doctor.

The Master Doctor (aside from healing and buffing) wants to tank the creatures (and deal some mind damage) while the Rifleman kills them from a safe place.

So wich would u chose if u wanted the best (skill mod) defenses and the ability to deal afair amount of Mind Damage:

Master Doctor-TKM.

Master Doctor-Master Fencer.

Master Doctor-Master Pikeman,

Master Doctor-Master Swordman.

or should i forget aboutthose and go Master Doctor-Master Creature Handler and tank whit pets instead.

And wich Race would be better whit this combo?

This is a tought one as I do not necessarily recommend that a master doc tank. Because of unhealable mind damage, the key to tanking is not being able to heal, but being able to avoid damage in the first place. Here are common damage avoidance strategies (besides wearing the best kinetic armor you can find):

1) Stack dodge, counterattack, or block and use center of balance. The fencer/pistoleer combo is the most popular. You could get the dodge line from both, but there's no mind damage involved and you won't really be all that good at dealing damage since you couldn't master either. And definitely no mind damage. You could combine polearms with rifle to get some mind damage and stack their special defense. Currently rifles have a huge melee bonus when holding a rifle, but this is probably a bug (they probably are supposed to have a huge melee defense deficiency). Again, you don't have enough skill points to dabble in 2 classes.

2) Stack melee and range defense. The ideal is to have TKA 0-0-0-4, Fencer 4-0-0-0, and rifle 0-4-0-4 (and then master one of these for damage). You don't have the skill points for this, so I wouldn't try.

3) Master one profession for damage. This sacrifices defense, but you could deal damage just fine. Swordsman is best for massive mind damage at melee range. Fencer is probably best for defenses from a single profession. TKM is a nice balance, though meditation is less useful (though not useless by any stretch) if you are a master doc already. TKMs also have the best toughness modifier which cuts out damage. TKMs can do limited mind damage.

4) Debuffs. With stun, intimidate, blind, and dizzy, you can cut damage per hit by 2/3rds *and* cut down on their hit rate significantly. With warcry, you can put them completely out of action for 20 seconds out of every 30 second period. The best debuffs are available via master brawler. Damage output would not be great.

If I wanted to be a pure tank, I would probably go with master brawler and then pick up a speed line in one of the master elite professions to be able to attack reasonably fast (if not terribly accurately).

Pets also would work, but I can guarantee that tanking a rancor is more fun than watching a pet do it.

Here's what I'm doing. All I have left to do is finish TKA. Currently, this is working very well for me:

Master Swordsman
Master Brawler
Master TKA
Fencer 4000
Medic 3000
