What mods do / dont work for TKM? say i was master TKM , what would be the hard cap on speed? and defence?

There are no longer caps on speed, accuracyor defenses, it is just deminishing returns, going from 10 to 50 will give you a much greater difference than going 50-100, the more you add the less you get out of it. Each weapon has a cap to speed, although I don't know if that is only on listed speed, or if it is possible to reach a player speed where you just can't use the weapon any faster.
