Eh, dunno, but it's better than my blaster fists lol. I don't really pay attention to DPS, since the only thing limiting my damage output is my action pool. I look more at Dmg per SAC.

All I know is that the SAC is higher than my 94 SAC pike.

Running tests back in the day I determined that the SAC of going unarmed was likely 100. As for the DPS... my best guess would be mid to low 200's, although i've done no testing to support this.
