a cybernetic arm. I cant figure out who to find, or talk to about getting a cyber arm. And is there one that would help out a TK?

I use the Rez arm and the Melee Lightning arm, both from the Myyydril caves quests:

I find the Rez arm to be the most useful. The Lightning arm isn't that good in terms of its function, but I think it looks cool and I like to use its special feature as an end move. Enjoy.
