Rifleman
Follow -> Stun -> Dizzy -> Intimidate -> UnarmedMindHit1
BH
Follow -> Warcry ->Intimidate -> Blind-> Dizzy -> KD2 -> UH3

As a TKA....
To own a rifleman -
Don't let them kite you, burst run over 64m away from them
When they chase you, run back at them
Apply Brandy and Moun on yourself to keep on your feet
Do Unarmed Lunge to make them kneel / stop running
Apply Dizzy + KD then spam HeadHit
If they get back up, just use Unarmed Lunge again (most people fall back over when they try to stand or run away)
Work 99% of the time as most people never figure out what you are doing until they are on the ground
To own a Bounty Hunter
Charge them!
If they run away, then run the opposite direction until they chase you (see rifleman above)
Note - most bounty hunters wear armor
Warcry (yes still usefull)
Heal Yourself
Apply Dizzy + KD + Intimidate + Stun + Blind (helps cut through their armor)
Equip VK
Target their lowest pool and beat them to death
If they get back up, just use Unarmed Lunge again (most people fall back over when they try to stand or run away)

Kite - Killing In Transit.
But much like flying a kite with the ranged fighter pulling you on a string but staying out of melee range.

Yes I agree with the rifleman one but not the bh
I have fought many of bh and usually a knockdown2 will get them and keep them down (depending on foods which have given someone with no skill and lets them eat a burrito and be invincible) and a few hit3's and wham your ready to do your deathblow.

first of all the ranger and bh would just run away and never let the tk get to them, and the bh has good burst run so they can stay away from you

I would just use the /vkthrow and hit them like jedis do since we all know tk's are really jedis without flashlights
