Apologies in advance for those of you that get annoyed with these types of questions, but I need some advice.

I'm a Master Rifleman and Master Swordsman, as well as Novice Medic. This leaves me with 51 points to spend on TKA.

How best should I spend these points?

I'm thinking about going 4/0/0/4, but is this the best way to go considering that all I want to do is PvE and will be soloing most of the time. Besides getting buffed by a doctor, I want to be self sufficient.

YOu can't be self sufficent unless you have a bit of entertaineer. Might want to consider that.
