No, no, no. You walk up to them and say: "Nice shoes...wanna f*ck?" - Graflex3 - I Support Annoying, Pointless Bandwagons. You can too!

Not quite sure what you were wanting to say in your post, but if you mean that a ranged class was able to solo a mob that now strikes fear into the heart of most TK masters, well yeah! I personally soloed a mountain squill just 2 days ago, with my 2 pets... Of course I was incapped and let the pets finish it off as I layed on my back unable to focus.

On a different note... I watched a combat medic with a pet rancor solo an AT-ST last night (not a player pet AT-ST, one of the spawns). I just kicked back and watched the show.

You guys are funny. As a way of contributing to this post, I thought I'd go over something really badass.

I call it: Unarmed Hit 2

Using my VK's and Unarmed Hit 2, I find that I deal around 860-1500 damage for very minimal HAM cost. Almost non-existent.

We have been balanced back out. We are no longer at the bottom. Our class has started to become a feared profession. Just a few minutes ago, two Master Commandos were using their rocket launchers to terrorize Rebels leaving Anchorhead. Me (0/0/2/1 TKA) and a Marksman (and his 2 SpecForce pets) took them down.

I killed one of the Commandos with 4 doses of Unarmed Hit 2. Then I DB'ed him. The pets died and so did my partner......but the two "Master Commandos" failed to realize the threat I possessed. The second one tried to run. Unarmed Lunge 1 made it more fun on him.

Quit the griping guys. We're not NERFED.

Thank you nova. I was on Dantooine, and for the first time, I could literally spam UA hit 2. It was awsome, and I got about 50k exp in 2 hours. That's better than the 50k xp for every week I got before the patch (Which reduced ham costs for TKA)
and then I got a pet! Aww wittle Fallen.

I wasn't griping... was just sharing an experience I had. It was a pretty incredible thing to watch a single player with his pet take out one of the most powerful entities in the game. Could I have done it? Nope! But it was amazing to watch!

Good luck everyone!

I am glad I could bring a smile to your face!

I however cannot take credit for the signature. I stole it from somebody else. And while it still holds true that what is stated in our guides is a crock of bantha poodoo, I do feel that we are getting a bit of our own back in some aspects. However I am still often plagued by that ever intrusive six little words:

That target is out of range

If you talk with the 2 dozen imperials and other people i dueled, they are not going to tell you we are nerfed. That are only going to say what they said to me. "D Aaaaaaaaaaaaaa M N!"

In other words, if you duel stupid people that can't figure out how to keep someone at a ranged distance, we are feared.

With the combination of professions you have I would expect to see you dead no matter what you fight.

You are soooo right Stupidfly! We all need to become the little cookie-cutter l337 d00ds like you so we can play this game the way SOE is forcing us to play!

Conform Otrissk! It is your only hope!

DANG! I let them get to me again! It must be late!

Have a great day all!

Well then, I suppose what you'd expect and reality are two different things entirely then aren't they?

Pyradius,

No actually that isn't what i'm saying... that does help, yea and there are lots of people that don't get if you zig zag and i run in a straight line, i'm gonna catch you.

We are deadly, i declared and went to Bestine, I killed four imperials one of which had and AT-ST, but i killed him so fast he didn't get a chance to shout off a command. After i finished them i actually meditated under neith it. The was way i did this was just tactics and using what i got. I attacked on upon entering Bestine and then seperated the others when they tried to flank me around a building (remember Imp, strength in numbers)

It was alot of fun and none of them complained or called what i did cheep. On lookers where surprised because they think as most that TK is a broken useless class.

SWG is a video game and if you play it like one while in combat you will do good. And remember PC people are not always smarter than NPCs
