Yes it is warcry they need to fix it too im getting very frustrated in pvp wihtout I got too use to using it

Your correct in saying its Warcry. BUT its not bugged. Before the patch there was never a message saying when the creature resisted it, just told you it failed. Now with the patch if the creature actually resists the slow it tells you, i think the message comes in handy so i know if i need to retry it. If youve played EQ or anything along those lines there were similiar messages in those games. Basically each creature or npc has a % chance to resist something, whether it be warcry, intimidate, posture changes etc... now they just added a message to warcry letting you know when it was resisted.

If I remember correctly, I'm getting 2 different messages. One that says it resisted, and one that says it had no effect. I haven't been able to use warcry and NOT get one of those 2 messages.

What is the deal with this message? I am getting it all the time since the last big patch.

Hmm, I guess it is Warcry; I never used it much before. I could have swore I was getting a similar message when using the smuggler dirty fighting line... nevermind.
