Will this trap work on a humanoid or player?

A small Phecnacine tranquilizer delivery system. This object is thrown at a target in combat. When it strikes something, it releases a thin mist of poison. The poison will cause the target's movement to slow significantly.

Notice it doesn't say 'creature.' Will this slow those annoying kiters down? Many of the traps say 'creature' and others say 'target', which lead me to this this may work.. Anyone? Anyone? I'm at work and can't test it.

I wish I could tell you different but no. No trap will work on any player or pet. Sorry. I really feel for you I'm a Ranger/TKA (how rare is that?). It's little odd but thats the way it is.

I'm almost a master scout and very close to getting Novice TKA. In short, I will soon be a Ranger / TKA. I honestly thought I was almost a one of a kind...guess not! =P
