I keep hearing that various clothing and armour attachment mods are bugged and don't work. I recently looted an attachment with a great mod for unarmaed damage, just wondering if anyone know if this is one of the ones that doesn't work, or if there is a hard cap in place that would make it useless. Any info would be appreciated.

All work! and cap at +25 from SEA's.

yeah the cap on attachments is +25 no matter how many you use

speed is ok, but you cap on speed pretty quick so i would waste the money on it
