I've recently been ordained into the Teras Kasi Order. My search doesnt seem to function, or too many people are seaching for answers too.

1. Speed - how high and at what level is it capped. (assume master is level)

2. Max Damage - does maximun damage reach a cap ? if so what level (again master is assumed for level)

3. Power ups - what are the best primary, secondary, and tertiary statsI should be looking for. (assuming I have normal VK's). And how would the power up stats be different for higher level skill and better VK's ?

I'm a little confused about power ups because a guy asked me to make some with accuracy (point blank attack mod)as primary, and min Damage as secondary stats. He said his speed was maxed as well as his max damage. I didnt know Max damage could reach a cap.

I also realise that the power up requirements for a novice such as myself, will be different from you Masters. So I would like to makesome power ups for use now, and make some for use when I reach master.
