As I Twi'lek I got the following:
Health: 600
Strength: 350

Constitution: 600

Action: 800

Quickness: 650

Stamina: 350

Mind: 1100

Focus: 500

Willpower: 500

Mind, focus and willpower are all maxed out. The reason I migrated like this, is that I always run around with doctor buffs, when I hunt.

I would get your Mind maxed to 1100 then your powerboost will be 550 to the three bars.

I think with power boost 700 for health and action isn't too radical. Put those points into the mind stats.

I would do it a bit differently.

First, the mind should be 1100. It means you get the maximum benefit from powerboost. Second, the second number affects how much HAM you use for a special, and the third affects how fast it regenerates. (This is true for Health and Action as well as Mind). It seems to make sense that you would want to maximize the regeneration rate, but in reality reducing the HAM cost has a bigger net effect.

The bottom line is that the first number should be 1100, the second the next biggest, and the third the smallest -- or the same as the second. If you plan on powerboosting and/or buffing all the time, you're not gaining much by having 800's for Health or Action either.

Good luck.

Human:

Mind-1100

Focus-955

Willpower-950.

Im a master Dr so I just buff myself and dont worry about the other stats.. Might even go ahead and max out the Focus and Willpower for giggles..

Human? 600... everything. Try it!

For Twi'lek? Max all secondaries... 700 Health, Action, Mind.

Once you get damage mitigation, most attacks won't hurt as much... you'll regen pools like a madman & can spam specials like they're going out of style.

Only max out all your Mind stats if you intend on ALWAYS fighting with doc/chef buffs.

600 all huh? hmmm OK i'll try it. What types of armour should I be wearing? Fully comp or only parts? Also, what secondary/tertiary stats should I be using?

You won't regret it.

Nada, zip, zero, ziltch. Exception being if you're looking to dominate PvP or hunt Nightsisters/visit the Geonosian Labs. If that's the case, spare no expense on the most uber of all composite armor & buff like you've never buffed before.

Also, what secondary/tertiary stats should I be using?

600 for ALL 9 stats... that's everything, not just Health, Action, Mind.

And if you want to make it more interesting, pick up the first skill tree of Fencer (Grips & Stances). Opponents will miss you more than they hit... if they hit you at all. Oh and this falls under the 'must have' category... Novice Medic; a player who can't apply stimpacks to themselves in combatis guaranteed a short lifespan as a melee fighter.

OK, one more question.

This is aimed mainly at KaiaSowaPitbut feel free to all jump in

When I hit Master Teras Kasi, is it worth me using a VK or not? If so, what kind of hitting power/speed should I be looking for?

In PvE, for yellow and below cons, I'd say absolutely not... even with red, I'd do a quick /exam first, and see if they have light armor and/or high (+60%) special resists to kinetic damage. IMHO, generally we're talking about stuff that really isn't appropriate for a pure Teras Kasi Artist to attempt to solo in the first place... you're mileage may vary. Personally, since mastering, I only bust out the VK's in the Geonosian Labs... and that's with insane buffs and uber composite armor.

In PvP, throw the rules out the window. Really it's about personal strategy and the quality of opponent(s) you're up against. I'd say if you see a guy running around with composite or ubese armor, that should give you pause and reason to consider arming the VK's.

Always bear in mind the HAM expense of using Vibro Knucklers... use accordingly. Sure you can equip a sweet speed-sliced knuckler and bring down some serious fury on one or two opponents, but if in the process you drain the bejeebus out of your own HAM it might be a very short lived victory. Always save enough juice for a stimpak/burst-run.

Looks interesting not sure if I like the looks of that mind stat though.

You might be surprised. In my experience, everytime I've tried to weight one pool over another, some critter/NPC/player comes along that suddenly favors attacking my weakest stat. Perhaps it's just bad luck. That said, I also recognise that mind is the hardest pool to heal/buff in the field... but then came the new Chef foods!

So with the above stat template for a human...with power boost he'll look like this:

900\600\600

900\600\600

900\600\600
